How can I place an order with Wintron?
Since we are wholesale only you must have an account to log in and place order.
Ordering with us is simple!
Just login, browse our website for the products you need, add them to your cart, and follow the checkout process. Or if you need technical support, give us a call or get us on the live chat and one of our associates will help you.
What are your shipping options?
We offer flat rate ground shipping for $ 9.49 in the continental U.S. Orders ship same day in most cases from our warehouse in New Jersey. For a few larger items that do not qualify for the flat rate shipping we will provide a shipping quote before shipping. Standard Shipping fees apply to custom or non-stock items. We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier for flat-rate shipping. Flat rate shipping does not include extra delivery options (such as signature, deliver inside, lift gate, etc.)
Warranty
All units are covered by a factory warranty. We can only assist in product service or exchanges.
All warranty issues are handled on a case-by-case basis. On most products we have a 30-day window to make out-of-box exchanges. Defective units must be returned postage paid.
We do not send call tags or pay return freight. (Neither do most factories.)
A return reference number is required for all warranty issues.

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy for stock items. Anything in this category must be in brand new condition and in its factory carton. These returns are accepted without a restock charge.
We do not accept open blister packs or returns on any software.
All other returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to a restock charge.

(Please note: Returns purchased under our “Flat-Rate Freight Program” may be subject to the outbound freight if return is not defective or return is not a Wintron error.)
Do you offer drop-shipping services?
Yes, we offer blind drop-shipping, meaning your customers will never see our branding. Orders ship directly from our warehouses to your customers, saving you time and money on inventory and shipping. We can also do custom packing slip with your logo or message. Ask a sales associate for more information.
Can I track my order online?
Yes! After placing an order, you can log into your account to track shipments, view order history, and manage your account details. Call us (732) 449-4211 if you have questions about your order or need help.
Can I cancel an order online?
Yes, if it has not started to be processed. Just login, go to my account view open orders. If has not been processed yet there is a cancel order option, if that option is not there you will need to contact us.
When am I charged for my order?
Nothing gets charged until it ships, if you order multiple items and something is on back order and you don’t select ship complete, only the items shipping will be charged. If you place an order for an item out of stock, you will not be charged until it ships.
