After submitting online, a Navico Territory Manager will review and approve your application. You'll receive a Welcome Email once your account is set up.
The following actions constitute acquiescence with this Policy:
- Offering free shipping or financing of the Products
- Offering store points or gift cards redeemable for future purchases with the purchase of Products
- Offering instant, single-use discounts that are not combined with any other discounts and are conditioned on use of Reseller's branded credit card
- Offering storewide or sitewide discounts if (a) the discount is non-brand specific, (b) the product display page or advertisement does not include or show a net effective price below the minimum advertised price communicated by Navico Group for the Product, (c) a coupon code must be manually entered by the end-user consumer, and (d) the discount is no more than 20% off the minimum price established by this Policy
- Issuing extended warranties of up to one year on the Products, excluding the Hook2 product line
- Offering promotional prices and bundles announced by Seller
Navico Group (Ancor, Attwood, BEP, Blue Sea Systems, Guest, Lenco, Marinco, Mastervolt, MotorGuide, Progressive Industries, ProMariner)
Reselling dealers must obtain authorization from Power Products to sell ProMariner, Guest, Mastervolt, or Blue Sea Systems online. Internet Resellers must sign an Internet Authorization Agreement. Apply at powerprodllc.com/upp. Questions? unilateralpricingprogram@oneasg.com.
